According to this article, drinking low-fat milk can help significantly in losing weight - especially in your mid-sections. And who can't afford to get rid of some weight there? (For those reading this who can't afford to, I officially hate you.)
I dont know about you, but I'm certainly going out to buy some milk tomorrow...
